I have just implemented a support ticket system where you can easily submit a ticket for a support request. This is the best way to get assistance on any issues you are having with the software.
- Log into your Booster Bots account and then click on My Account (top of page navigation)
- If you have a particular order you need support with click on the Orders link then click “Get Help” next to the order. Otherwise, you can click Personal Ticket Area and then click “New Ticket“.
- Please give 1-2 business days for a response back. Support hours located above.
