Below are a few questions I am often asked by my clients. I do my very best to provide support to each and every person on a personal level. However, if for some reason you don’t hear back from me instantly here are some answers to popular questions.

Question: Can You Help? How do I get support on my purchase?


Absolutely! Websites, especially social sites are usually always changing their on-site code. This means that sometimes the bot will stop working and/or have minor to serious issues. Fear not! Because I always include automatic + free updates in all of the software I develop. This means that yes, at times there can be someone downtime and the bot/software may not work exactly as expected but if you explain the issues to me in a detailed manner I will have a fix rolled out to you as soon as possible. This is the nature of automated software and I do my best to ensure you are happy with your software. Keep in mind most business don’t even offer support after they rolled out their product or they stop giving support after the first year! If you browse Booster Bots you will see that I even have some software which has been updated for years.

I have just implemented a support ticket system where you can easily submit a ticket for a support request. This is the best way to get assistance on any issues you are having with the software.

  1. Log into your Booster Bots account and then click on My Account (top of page navigation)
  2. If you have a particular order you need support with click on the Orders link then click “Get Help” next to the order. Otherwise, you can click Personal Ticket Area and then click “New Ticket“.
  3. Please give 1-2 business days for a response back. Support hours located on the Contact Us page.

Question: Can I use your bots on a Mac?


Currently my software does not run on Mac’s, however I have created a new fully managed service for Mac users that will enable you to run the software. For more information on how to run your bot on a mac visit: How To Run Bots on a Mac

Question: How do I activate the bot?


  • After your purchase you will instantly be given a link for the download.
  • Download and extract the bot to it’s own folder.
  • Open the folder you just extracted the bot to and double click on the “name of the bot”.exe.
  • It will open 1 time pop up. Input your purchase email and license code and click ok.
  • Now the bot will validate your license and then automatically open. (do not try to open the bot again or it will try and open another instance)

Question: I purchased a bot where is my license?


If you made a purchase you will receive the license key within 24hrs of purchasing. In most cases 1-3hrs. This is to ensure a validated payment and purchase as well as minimize fraud. Please be sure to check your spam box as well.

Question: How long is my license good for?


We recently switched our license module making all purchases come with a lifetime license. Pay one price and get the software for the life of the bot. Remember, automatic free updates are always included with your purchase.

Question: How many computers can I use the software on?


Unless otherwise noted on the product page each license is good for 1 PC only. If you would like to use the software on multiple PC’s contact me and I can give you a discount on additional licenses. Furthermore, you can have 1 license reset per month by contacting me.

Question: Do your bots have automatic updates?


Absolutely! All bots include free automatic updates for the length of your license.

Question: How do I get the new update?


Here is how to receive your automatic updates.

  1. If you have the software open then close and re-open the software. One you open the program, it will ask you if you want to update.
  2. Click Yes/Ok and wait for the program to download and then it will automatically open.
  3. Your new update is ready to go.
  4. Next time you start the software just open the regular .exe file.

Question: Do you have an affiliate program?

Question: Can you make custom automated bots?

Question: What wait times should I use?  How many actions should I do?


Keep in mind that all sites which include sites like twitter, pinterest, facebook, instagram, poshmark etc. have limits in place for sharing, following, messaging, liking, etc. I always tell people to make sure you use wait times which would simulate human behavior on the site. Some people think that just because you have a bot/software that can automatically perform action very fast they like to share, follow, etc. with a really low to zero wait time which is not ideal at all (Don’t do this!).
If you are sharing/liking/etc. throughout the day I would advise longer wait times, if you are sharing, following, liking, etc. just for an hour or so, then shorter wait times “can” be okay to use at times. I say “can” because you want to always split test to ensure you can use those smaller times appropriately without raising any flags.
In conclusion, you want to always use bots/software just as you would a human on the site but rather this frees up your time so you can spend it elsewhere. It is not meant to be abused or used at a super-fast unnatural pace as this can lead to temporary or permanent bans. Keeping the pace slow and steady is the best way to use any type of online automation.

Question: I have Windows 10 and the software does not open after I insert the license.


Some people are running into issues with software not opening after inserting their license and that is because most of the time you do not have the correct service packs or frameworks installed the run the software. Windows 10 and some other operating systems do not automatically have some of these installed. Please be sure to install these packs prior to requesting support to see if they help you.
